We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We try to go above and beyond for every customer. Our goal is not simply to be your party rentals company, but rather your partner in creating the perfect event.
Professional Delivery and Set-Up Service
Central Valley Party’s delivery cost is dependent on location, timing, and loading/unloading conditions. Delivery arrangements must be made ahead of time. There must be a representative on site to sign for the equipment at the time of delivery. Deliveries outside of our normal business hours can be arranged at an additional cost. For a weekend event, equipment is typically delivered on the Friday before your event and picked up the following Monday. We can provide delivery or pick up on the weekend if needed. Special delivery and pick-up accommodations may incur an additional charge.
Delivery fees include the delivery of your equipment to your event location (e.g. backyard, garage, banquet hall). Note that delivery does not include the set-up or break down of tables and chairs or other items with the exception of a few select items. We are able to set-up, break down, and/or install all of our rental equipment for an additional fee.
Community Discounts
Central Valley Party is happy to offer community service and charitable organizationsa discount to ensure the success of your event. These include schools, non-profit organizations, and charity fundraisers.
Central Valley Party would like to thank all members of our military, police, and fire departments for their service. To show our appreciation, we offer a discount when presented with appropriate identification.
Installation
Basic installation is included in the cost of tenting, staging, dance floors, lighting, margarita machines, and all inflatables. All other equipment can be installed for an additional cost and must be arranged ahead of time.
Reservations up to Two Years in Advance
Our party rentals software allows us to create quotes and make reservations for equipment up to two years in advance.
Custom Orders
While Central Valley Party will occasionally offer party packages, the majority of our business is done through custom orders. This allows our clients to order only the things they want and leave out the things they do not.
Permitting
Depending on the size of your event, you may be required to have either an event or tent permit. Central Valley Party will gladly work with you on getting the proper permits needed for your event.
Service Area
Central Valley Party is located in the heart of San Joaquin County, but we frequently work in Stanislaus, Calaveras, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, and San Francisco counties as well.
